PROGRAM TRANSFORMASI DIRI (PTM) HOUSEMAN 2022

 Assalamualaikum & hi guys,

so after dah settle eho, next step is join PTM program!

Basically, ptm ni akan dibuat ikut negeri. 

Semua ho yang dapat hospital in that negeri, akan dapat one venue ptm yang sama sebab ptm ni diuruskan oleh JKN negeri masing2. 

Contohnya, ho hosp kulim, bahiyah alor setar, hsah sungai petani, perlis,langkawi akan buat ptm satu tempat. 

Kami untuk ho June 2022, ptm kedah buat di hotel park avenue, sungai petani.

Okey before that, 

dokumen apa yang kena bawa?

3-6 hari sebelum PTM, JKN negeri masing2 akan buat group telegram dan akan invite korang semua. Masa tulah, akan dapat check list apa yang perlu dibawa, perlu pengesahan atau tidak

*Tips: kalau dah nak dekat PTM dan masih belum ada group atau info dari JKN masing2, sila call JKN negeri dan tanya. Just to trigger them, to make an update and the group, kot2 lah diorang busy sangat tak sempat nak mengurus korang.

Once again, the check list n requirement might be differ from one state to another okay. Mungkin ptm negeri lain perlu pengesahan dokumen, tapi korang tak perlu pun 

So tak payah gelabah bila kawan2 korang busy certify their document.

Also before ptm, you need to settle the document needed for lapor diri hospital juga siap2. 

Why? Because you need to lapor diri the next day after PTM ends. PTM usually ends on afternoon. So memang tak sempat, kalau habis PTM tu baru nk settelkan.

Where to get the document required for lapor diri hospital? 

Dari admin hospital masing2 juga. Admin kebiasannya akan email sebelum hari PTM bermula. Sila call HR hospital masing2, kalau tak dapat email lagi! 

Admin hospital biasanya akan email as early as 1 week before PTM or the worst is on the morning of PTM. 

*Also, the checklist is differrent according to hospital ya! 

* As a general guide, kami PTM kedah tak perlu pengesahan dokumen & Hospital bahiyah juga tak perlu

Now, lets focus on the PTM itself

📝PTM june 2022 dibuat secara face to face

 (the first batch after previously buat online sahaja sbb covid)

📝Berlangsung selama 3 hari 2 malam. 

📝Penginapan hotel disediakan, makan minum disediakan, free of charge

📝Bilik berdua. (Yang ni ada negeri dibenarkan pilih roomate, ada takboleh) So, negeri kedah boleh pilih roomate

📝 Pakaian yang dibenarkan:

Lelaki: Hanya kemeja tangan panjang, seluar slack, kasut gelap, neck tie ( walaupun semasa malam)

Perempuan: Baju apa2 sahaja blouse. I even saw ada pakai shirt juga. Seluar/ skirt labuh boleh. Kasut bertutup tak kisah warna

📝 Jadual dari 8-pagi sehingga 10.30 malam, hari ketiga sehingga 2 petang sahaja. 

Talk semata mata. Tak ada aktiviti berkumpulan, atau aktiviti riadah. 

📝 Ada markah ya PTM ni! Sort of carrymark sepanjang PTM. Markah attendance, markah komitmen, markah exam. 

-Yes ada exam! But dont worry so much! Boleh relax ya, just enjoy your ptm. Because we got bank questions PTM turun temurun😝 

-You can easily get 20/20 full mark. Dan memang ramai yang dapat full mark. So you can keep your nervous inside your pocket🤣

- For markah komitmen, you can offer to be penghulu/penghuluwati, pembaca ikrar, baca doa, mc or tanya and jawab soalan. 

Dont worry they will choose anyone or ask for volunteer, dorang pun nak bantu bagi korang markah!

📝 No need to bring so much clothes ☝️ I bring so much lol🥲

 As a guide, satu baju pakai satu hari dari pagi ke malam untuk talk PTM tu. Tak payah mimpi nak mandi and changes cloth for night talk🌚 Sebab tak sempat ya, jadual sangat padat and rush. 

Majority will not change their cloth pun, bukan anda keseorangan. Nobody will judge, orang pun faham, orang lain pun pakai baju sama je malam🤣. Kalau sempat mandi n tukar baju, you're among the minority la lol🌚

Other than that, bawa la baju bilik dua/satu untuk tido dua malam tu. 

Iron takperlu bawa, each room got iron n iron board (Well im not sure ya if ptm negeri lain)

Cheklist things to buy for housemanship

 Assalamualaikum and hi guys,

Okay, it seems you are closer now to your working life as a HO!

Nervous kann? I been there too😂 

If you have not read yet my previous post related to document needed post E-HO preparation,

READ HERE! (2022)

Now, let's see, what you need to buy or have then. If you have it, then no need to buy new one. 

Jimat jimat okay! And the amount list is the minimum that you need. And if you think some things are not needed, then it is okay. 

Especially guy usually go simple, as long as you have your pen, name tag, lanyard, cop you're good to go kann??? haha!

WAJIB BUL GHHUNAH: ( A MUST TO HAVE):

Lanyard & card holder  (1) : recommend to be black, or any color yang gelap. Especially for guy, nanti peluh apa semua, because it direct contact with your skin. 

Stamp (2): if you are using pocket stamp, shiny brand is better than colop * just find in shopee

For format of the stamp, please clarify with your senior

                Usually blue ink , and format like this

           * I just use med school scrub first cause no money haha, as long as no logo u are safe for safer working environment lol

  OT shoes (1)- you can just use any shoes yang ada in OT if u want

Mini stapler (1)to stapler anything, easier. Hang on your lanyard

Mini calculator (1)can use your phone if u dont want. Better if you can sangkut the calculator behind your card holder.

Ini adalah sambungan from previous post E-ho: READ HERE

So now, alhamdulillah you had get your placement after the nerve-wrecking E-HO hahaha!

Congrats!!

Then, let's see what you need to do:

I did this for my June intake 2022 (Bilangan 3/2022)

1. Make sure download all the 4 documents at the eho last page.

For the mean time, paling penting is the surat tawaran  (1 copy) & borang perjanjian (3 copies).

 These two you need to have to proceed to the next steps. 

But still, make sure to download all the 4 documents before eho day ended (eho usually open for 3 days)

2. Download these documents:

Borang medical check up

3. Okay now, settle these:

a. Medical check up: Book Klinik Kesihatan appointment  

Kedah : use this link

Other states: Open mysejahtera apps--> digital healthcare--> clinic app booking

*anyhow if you are not sure, just call the KK nearby your house & ask 

Remarks: What to bring on day of check up? 

*1 borang medical checkup, 1 surat tawaran, IC card, RM1 for registration

    #extra: 1 salinan ic, 1 salinan degree, 1 salinan transcript & spm ( if u still have the one been certify before for the application of spa letter, then no need)

* Tips: Ask the attending dr to certify the surat tawaran (only first 3 pages) - important to be uploaded on mmc merit later & also the salinan IC, degree, surat tawaran, spm  (for lapor diri later)

*Make sure at the end, ur borang med check up (completed 3 cop):

      ✨  have attending dr's cop sign

     ✨   saksi's cop and sign (anyone from the "list pegawai yang boleh sahkan" but not the attending dr, can ask from other dr in the same room) 

* yes saksi med checkup, not necessarily only dr ya! If dr, no specific grade as long their has nombor pendaftaran penuh

       ✨  cop lab/makmal

*Just follow the flow of ur KK- may be diff with other KK- some include xray in the med check up, some KK - dentist the one check your mouth 

*Can you do at private? Can, but i recommend KK, you can certify ur surat tawaran and other document w the gov dr, you can get cop makmal, cheaper!

b. Setel LHDN stuff:

Walk in to LHDN (no need appointment)

-Bring the 3 copies of borang perjanjian kontrak. And follow the guideline on how to fill it & sign. 

✨Saksi part can be anyone that you're familiar with or know- whom aged 21 y/o and above & have income- etc family member, lecturer, neighbour..

✨ Tarikh perjanjian = Tarikh matikan stem

-Buy 3 stem hasil 

Two ways to buy:

1. Pos laju (ask for 3 stem hasil, 1 cost RM10)

or

2. Direct to LHDN, said want to buy stem hasil

*both stem are different, both can be used 

*if u buy from lhdn, the stem is in printed A4 size, if buy from poslaju, it's the usual size stem

Remarks: 3 things to be settle at LHDN:

1. Matikan stem (3 borang perjanjian kontrak)- do not stapler, fold, dirty the borang!!! Please mention to the LDHN staff to not stapler, if not u'll need to redo (happen to few of my friends)

2. Ask the LHDN staff " nak daftar no cukai" dan "nak slip no cukai"

-don't be shocked if some of you have already had the account- probably because of your previous pinjaman pelajaran etc

-if you do not have the account, register and need to wait for 1 week to come again and ask them to print the slip

3. Ask them to get no e-filling

-if you already had the account, you can directly get it. This can be done online too.

-if you do not have account yet, need to wait for a while till u get the no cukai.

-But, this no e-filling is just for ur future usage, not needed before lapor diri. So xde pun takpe. Ada lhdn tak nak bagi nombor ni, sbb takut hilang. 

c. Settle the surat akuan

Find pesuruh jaya sumpah office, can just walk in

Pay rm 4

Remarks:

1. Bring 1 copy of surat akuan berkanun, 1 copy of surat tawaran

                                            (Panduan isi surat akuan, klik utk besarkan)


d. Settle kwsp
-Said you want to register as "ahli baru"
-Get the slip penyata

e. Bank statement
Go to any bank that you owned, and said 
you offered a gov job, need letter for confirmation account 
letter should have name &bank account number + signed by bank officer

Remarks:
Most people recommend to use Maybank, maybank got a lot of features- contactless withdrawal, easy to buy gold etc. Adulting stuff haha. 
If you need to go to Maybank, make appointment via online first. Google maybank appointment online. 
Ingat yaa buat appointment first if maybank!

                    f. Wait for MMC merit to open for provisional registration
Upload your surat tawaran that have been certified (only the first 3 pages) on the first page & no 8 of supporting detail (employment letter from MOH)

All other document is already there from ur previous mmc application

When it will be open?
-Usually the official announcement 3 days after eho days end
-Some had uploaded even before the announcement, would i recommend?
Just do it! The faster you apply, the faster you get the number, the faster you can do the cop
(As long as u do it right haha, pentingnya surat tawaran certified, tick all the fitness to practise, acknowledgement) you good to go!

*Make sure the status is "waiting for review" not "draft" okay!

-After you get the number of provisional registration, you can do the cop
(Remember it is not the mpm number, it is the provisional registration number for the cop)

Remarks:
Certify the provisional registration cerficate
Tips: better to wait for the ptm letter too, then certify them all

                          *   g. Wait for ptm letter 
 Then  certify the surat panggilan ptm
-Photostat all the document needed according to checklist and double check how many copies needed 
-Checklist akan dapat dalam group telegram negeri masing2 bila nak dekat ptm nanti. Kalau nak dekat PTM, takde group tele lagi, sila call JKN negeri masing2 dan tanya untuk trigger dorang buat kerja😂


-As a general guideline for u to have idea on the document needed, we are asked to bring:
📝Surat profail peserta ptm (download from e-ho when the system open again for ptm)
📝Surat tawaran 
📝 Salinan of medical checkup
📝 Sijil pendaftaran sementara mmc ( download from mmc website after they approve)
-MMC will give you 2 document ( cover letter & sijil), document titled 'sijil' is the one 
*all no need certified

*Again, the checklist are differ according to states



                      *  h. Wait for lapor diri
Also check again how many copies needed, it differ according to hospital. Biasanya hospital akan email dokumen yang diperlukan. Kalau dah nak dekat sangat tarikh lapor diri, tapi email takde lagi. Sila call HR hospital untuk trigger dorang email

So i think that's enough for post eho related to document needed.

While waiting for housemanship, what should i do?

 Assalamualaikum & hi guys, 

So today post is not a subsequent from any previous post😂 It just a random post which i feel I wanna share about life after graduate. 

Sekarang, gap lepas grad medical student dan panggilan housemanship dah tak lama macam dulu-dulu yang smpai bertahun. Sekarang dah minimum 6 bulan max up to 7-8 bulan, that's the case kalau korang takde masalah or issues dengan mmc merits, spa and all the way to e-houseman.

So, while waiting for housemanship, probably you've been thinking "what i wanna do?"

Answer is, it all depends on you afterall, depends on what you want to achieve. 

If you ask your senior, some would answer:

1. "Tak payah kerja, relax je chill dekat rumah. Sementara tak ho lagi. Nnti kerja dah penat"

(Truthfully, ni adalah ho ho yang tersakiti dengan workload dan taknak korang rasa susah payah awal2. So the answer is chill je relax😆)

2. "Kerjalah, (any kerja unrelated to med) pick up some knowledges : skill communication and all"

-Ada kawan batch yang kerja dekat hotel, bakery, butik

3. "Kerjalah (med related etc klinik, farmasi) supaya ilmu tak hilang dek zaman😂

4. "Kerjalah (as a research assistant) ada cable nanti kenal ramai org, boleh letak dalam resume etc)

5. Panic tunang and kahwin?

-Ramai juga my batch alhamdulillah melayari bahtera perkahwinan sebelum ho. Happy for them.  I think if you have already one, why not kan sementara tak busy ni😂

6. As cliche as always, study sebelum masuk houseman

-Sekarang, banyak ilmu dah org share online, ramai dr yang share dekat fb, telegram, twitter, dan ada yg jual buku online

-And of course, the famous one Medicorp by Dr iliana team. Ada online, as well face to face hands on procedure, ward simulation.. Sebabkan mereka berpusat di selangor, agak susah juga orang yang jauh2 nak datang. But the online one pun dah okay!

So, above all, which one is me for the 6 months waiting game?

It was 1 and 6! 😂

Menganggur di rumah, buat online bussiness, amik lesen kereta dan join medicorp online course. 

Honestly, if I would rewind my time and my humble advice would be:

Please work for at least few months!

And if i can rewind time, i would definitely wanna work!

Why? 

Number one, To earn money🥲 I do online bussiness, tapi tak banyak sgt income maybe i do not know how to do it right😂

 Number two, ofcouse to acquire any skill.

 Number three, busy makes you appeciate time. 

 Approaching housemanship, i tell you, you need a lot of moneyyyyy. 

From joining pre-houseman course ( I couldn't join much, sbb sengkek, usually the course dalam ratus ratus juga),

 to preparing dokumen for housemanship (RM100+ juga include duit minyak utk kawan, because we go settle together haha), 

to buying things for housemanship (Rm600+ juga habis) because few things i left at UIA konon taknak bawa balik, probably can jimat few there😂

to deposit money if you want to live in hostel or rumah sewa ( probably need dalam Rm700+ in hand), 

Plus, money you need to have to survive for daily living before dapat gaji. 

That is how much money means begitulah kehidupan. And because im not working, i need to ask from parents and siblings. Feel guilty kan🥲

Besides, memang tak kan study pun bila kat rumah for the first few months, kan baru grad nak study keee😝 and the remaining months malas tu dah sebati susah nak initiate study.

So, if you work in medical related job, it is a bonus. At least, there is triggering factors for you to learn something.  There will always a learning outcomes at the end of the day kan.

Tapi, depends la, ada orang taknak kerja med related, katanya they have enough, nak try benda lain. Terpulang masing2, at least you get what you want.

I only start studying 2 weeks before PTM, tu pun ada senior cakap tak payah study, nanti HO baru study🥲 

But, i just dont want to enter ho without knowing nothing, kalau ada duit, i would definitely join every prehouseman course yang ada.

So, that's the end of it. Anyhow, plan your free time wisely! Doing nothing and relax at home is also a plan haha!

E-Ho (E- houseman)Day May 2022!!

 Assalamualaikum and hi guys!

Post ni sambungan dari TIPS EHO

Berbanding dengan post sebelum ni, yang lebih kepada tips dan guide isi eho, 

Post kalini lebih kepada pengalaman dan situasi pada hari kejadiaan eho

Arrive at cybercafe

So, if you guys recall from previous post, i did my eho dekat cybercafe, came early, book 2 pc. Actually, i book 4 pc, another 2 untuk my friend satu batch uia, ainun🤣 So that we can sit next to each other. 

Suddenly, ada one girl tanya nak book untuk ho ke? jom duduk sekali. So i say okay boleh. 

While waiting for ainun, i buka website eho and start setup the google extension. Suddenly, got one guy come to me tanya minta ho ke? dari mana apa semua. I thought he was a dr nk bgi tips ke apa hahahha. He really have that charisma n confident ye bercakap hahah. Rupanya, dia pun nk minta ho. Tapi dia nk minta shah alam i guess.Tak silap he from cucms kot.

 Banyak dia ckp, i just nooding my head, jawab sepatah. Cause nervous ye nk buat the extension , ape la mamat ni ckp. Mmg tak masuk telinga dan ingatan. Sorry 🤣  Then, suddenly he gone haha.


(So that is the guy, syazwan. The marron hijab girl, syahida, n wearing green hijab my ainun!) We end up buat video tiktok juga hahahah! Syahida is so friendly, she is the one ajak buat tiktok!

Apparently, syahida pun nak minta hospital bahiyah. So, kitorang dh jumpa one new friend, our future colleague🤣 Oh of course, ainun as well minta same hospital. 

Setup google extension

So after dah setup my google extension, i helped ainun. 

Then, syahida n syazwan realize that. And said they didnt do it n dont know how to do it. 

I end up helped those two smpai dh 11.30 am. 30 minutes more left for eho! The remaining time, i recap and taught them what to fill in. Then, syazwan talk a lot and bawa chat with us. But, i literally x ingat n x masuk telinga apa dia tnya n sembang dah🤣 Sorry syazwan lol. 

Get ready for battle!!

Then, we get ready infront of our own pc. Baca doa banyak2

Besides us, ada juga orang lain yg minta ehouseman juga dkt cybercafe tu. 

So, right on 1159 50 seconds like that. I spam login

Then, ainun cakap dah masukk!! Damn! My first tab crashed!! Second third 4th tab crashed!! Database error! 

I dont know, everything  happen so fast tau! Gotta do anything to survive lol!

So I refresh the first, error juga. refresh next2 next. Suddenly, can go through yes yes yes finally up to last page. I click negeri kedah terus, laju je smooth keluar list hospital kat kedah. So, the tips yg ckp tekan specific negeri will crashed & slow. Nope! if your internet laju, mmg laju je. If ur internet slow, tekan semua negeri also buffering!!

Then, quickly klik hospital sultanah bahiyah! 

Kena klik kotak pengakuan, damn my hand so shaking k. POINTER  MOUSE TU LITTERALLY mcm ular just to arrive to the damn kotak🤣 Terpaksa guna tangan kiri support tangan kanan. Finally can!!

Yeayyyyy!! 


But then, surat tawaran loading gila! Syazwan ckp dia pun dh dapat! but surat tawaran not yet. 

While I waiting for surat tawaran, tetiba ainun " weh aku x dpt masuk tak dapat!!" 

2 pc all tab crashed!! ( ainun's case)

Ainun punya first pc, semua tab database error tak boleh log in sumpahhh! Not even the page login appear😭

Im panicking about her, but mine also surat tawaran not yett downloaded, so idk lepas ke tak😭 Then finally dapat!

Okey, now focus ainun!

So, i tell her to focus on one pc, i handle the other one. Refresh mutlitple times tak lepas langsung to login page! kau rasaa😢 (Ni yg I cakap previous post, 2 pc pun crashed, might as well book whole row hahahha)

Pressure!!

Enough, i use my another pc utk tlg ainun! Tapi tula susah sbb both my pc dh google extension my ic n password. Nk tolong ainun, kena retype balik all. Takde masa nk buat new extension babe!! 

Takpe, type je! About 20 minute i guess tak dapat lagi tau untuk ainun, duk Refresh2😭

Meanwhile, my pc pun dpt go through utk ainun! (I realize bila same akaun dpt login in diff devices, the first n second page dah terisi because the other person yg buka dh isi, but the last page usually akan buffering lama sbb both tgh buka) But usually, the faster internet yg akan dpt settlekan.

Suddenly, two friend called me for help! But i decline as i still helping ainun😩

Then, tak ingat how many minutes after, ainun's friend (kak syiro) manage to secure her a place in hosp bahiyah. alhamdulillah thank you allah!

Guess what, 4 of our pc turn off sbb dah habis masa🤣🤣😭

Babe, memang lah dh download, but i didnt manage to save to pendrive, sent to ws or email😭

Go to kaunter, add 1 more hour. Restart, i saw all downloaded dokumen is clear. It's gone!

Go back to kaunter, and ask if pc shut down,mmg all dokumen gone ke. He said yes!! Damn it🤣

Login back my ehouseman, alhamdulillah manage to login n it bring me direct to the last page. Dapatlah download all the dokumen n sent to my email🥲 Drama!!

Help other friends in need

So because of i and ainun had settle ours, i offer for help dalam ws group, who doest get yet. 

First person i tried to help tak dapat log in. But, lastly called me and said another friend had helped her and success. 

Second person that i tried to help, is friend from kelantan. Tetiba laju ye, smooth gila till penempatan, i klik terus negeri kelantan, and choose the hospital she want right away. Itupun tersalah tekan, sbb neves ye. Baca balik, bukan ni. Nasib baik, the right hospital is just below it. Then yeay dapatt dapat!!!

12.50 pm, i managed to help a friend to get her first choice hospital. almost 1 hour after🤣

Meanwhile, ainun pun dapat tolong one friend from terengganu, ana😆 Lajuu juga ainunn kata smooth je. 

Perangai kann pc kat sini, diri sendiri punya slow, tolong orang laju pulak. But maybe because syazwan n syahida in our row dah balik??so laju?? hahaha

That's the end of our story. 

Website crashed is real!!

Awal2 senior ada pesan, jangan malu call kawan untuk minta tlg. 

The night before, saya terfikir okay kot, i do it at cybercafe kot. 2 pc some more. If i cannot, there is still 2 pc spare ainun punya kan. 

Sekali haaaaa, cybercafe tak cybercafe, crashed juga🤣 untuk kes ainun 4 pc couldnt help her. 

Sekian drama eho saya dan temen2. I hope u guys can get some idea on the real situation🤣

Oh btw, this is what website crashed means, it could happen in may ways, antaranya:

-Tak boleh log in langsung/ page login tak keluar, empty white page tertulisnya "database error"

- Manage to login, but hang! Cannot click anything

-Manage to login, can click. But cannot proceed to next page. Pop up red box written " masalah penghantaran data. sila hubungi pentadbir sistem"

-Manage to get to last page= penempatan. But list of hospital is loading gilaaa

-Manage to pick a hospital, but can't click kotak perakuan 

If you rajin read the tele, there is few of people giving suggestion what to. Like some case, dont refresh. Some case, just keep clicking seterusanya. Some case, close all tab and start again. 

I dont know which is which. And i cant remember all the mazhab. After all, when the real situation happens, just do anything to survive. Or call for code blue S.O.S🥲

Tips E-Ho (E-houseman) May 2022

 Assalamualaikum and hi guys,

Post ni sambungan dari post TIPS SPA 2022

So, the day of eho had finally come! 

Kitorang tahu a day before, dalam group tele ada orang screenshot website ehouseman, katanya the system open tomorrow!!

But the thing is,our batch still didnt get any email of offer letter for this intake.

So, the tips in this issue is, daftar je ehouseman website tu, kalau lepas untuk daftar= you are in this intake!

If not, it will decline your registration. So, x payah tunggu email once the tarikh dah keluar sbb even ada org dapat surat tawaran the morning of eho day, kau rasa🤣

Note: x payah buat password susah susah nauu! Nanti website crashed, kwn nk tolong pun susah🤣🥲

EHO system open 12 pm the next day. 

These are what you need to do before e-ho day:

1. Choose where to do your eho? in your house or cycbercafe or workplace?

-This depends on your internet speed. How to know?

 google internet speed test by ookla & just focus on the ping. The ping acceptable for eho is below 10, the best would be below 5. 

-If your house ping is <10, i would suggest just go find a cc with ping <5. Don't be confident enough, your other competitors even have ping 2 or 1. Dont miss your chance to grab your first choice of hospital due to your internet connection. Even those who did at cc also website crashed haaa🥲

-But, those do at home, some even faster able to secure the place while those in cc is slower. Aaargh dont know depends on your luck afterall😢😢

-For the cybercafe, some need to be booked day before. Some do not have the booking system. So please target where to do, call and book if needed. 1 person book 2 pc

2. List your hospital priority. 

-List 5 is enough. People said to list about 10, but meh trust me start the 4th choice of hospital, you actually dont wanna go there at all, because everyone would really want their 1st choice🤣

-How to pick the best hospital? You must have read a lot of points on how to choose it kan. Pilihlah tanya hati🤣 For me, the one and only matters is the nearest to my house. Tu jeee. I dont care toksik ke, computerized ke apa. 

-You might also want to ask for hospital review from your senior.

3. Now, get to know and familiarise with the eho system!!

a. Learn the google extension. 

Google extension help you to fasten your login time. It saves your ic and password. Everytime you open the eho website at different tab no matter how many tabs, the ic n password is automatically there. No need to type anymore. Takleh bayang? Ok bayangkan the website is crashed, pastu u refresh, pastu u nak type lagi ke banyak2 kali ic n password tu beribu kali when the website crashed? Tak kan?.gitew

Meanwhile, u can search dkt tele group ho tu "google extension" ada guide in type form 

b. Know what to fill in during eho

    Page 1:

Bilangan adik beradik: exclude urself

Warganegara: warganegara

Bilangan anak:

Tajaan pembiayaan: JPA, ptptn etc

Page 2:

Kelayakan: Lain lain

(ours is lain lain because asasi not in the list)

Tahun kelayakan: the year you grad asasi

Page 3:

Negeri: semua negeri/ikut states

Hospital:

*semua ni in scroll form, tak perlu type. Kena laju scroll je.

4. Few tips on the real eho day

-Come early to cc, i arrive at cc at 1050. 1 hour early. 

please book 2 hour. I didnt manage to transfer the downloaded document to pendrive/email/ws, poof the pc was shut down dah habis masa lol!!!. 

Nasib baik boleh download balik🤣 So 2 hour is better. System start at 12, at least it consume your time up till 1 pm.  Tu kalau your friend need your help. Mine settle in less than 2 minute kot. I book 2 pc for me. 

-Get ready the google extension in your browser. Open 4 tab in different pc.  So atleast you get 8 tabs here

But trust me, 2 pc is also not enough if the website crashed😭😭Feel like wanna book whole pc in the row hahahah. Ok i'll do another post to share my experience on the day lol. 

-Take some time to write your detail in whatsapp or paper. Why? When your website crashed, you can just forward your detail for your friend to help you. 

Some of your friend had settle their's, so some would offer help in ws group. Who need help, can pm them. 

Or if there is nobody, just call anyone you think of. Tanya dh settle ke, can help mine. Or you can pakat2 among your member already night before, sape dh settle roger in group. Others who dont, roger also so that other people can help .

Google & Open malaysia standard time with second

Because every second matters😭 11.59 58 seconds, you gotta be ready n start tekan hantar banyak kali🤣 

Tips on page penempatan

Some said you need to choose semua negeri, because if you choose specific negeri, the website become slow n crashed. Semua negeri is faster. 

Okay, mmg banyak mazhab of the tips sebenarnya. Some said semua negeri faster, some said choose specific state. So the hospital is already narrow down n faster.

Tipu semua itu🤣 If your internet slow n buffering, you choose semua negeri ke spesifik states sama jee!! 

So, for me, i believe the latter tips. Choose spesifik negeri! It helps! Dah narrow down, nampak je nama then choose!! I help my kelantan friend, and apply the same thing. Choose kelantan, easier. I need to do what i believe, gotta do everything to survive😭🤣Spesifik negeri pun i nearly select wrong hospital for my friend, nasib cepat2 tukar. 

Plus, when choosing semua negeri, the list become longer, your scrolling down took times too🤣 Your eyes cant focus too in the nerve-wracking situation lol. So just choose whatever tips u believe so. 

Download surat tawaran 

Your spo2 rise to 95% when you see your name of hospital, and able to download surat tawaran. 

When page said you success to choose the hospital, you have secured your place already. The surat tawaran mmg loading gila2 nak download, just click many times as possible. 


(Bila dh nampak ni, dh boleh lega!!) Download all 4 dokumen okay. Tapi kalau lambat sgt, dokumen tu boleh je download nnti2 dlm tempoh masa eho. Biasa eho buka 2-3 hari

Dont just choose any hospital, if your first choice is not there

After 1 hour, there is still many empty slot in respective hospital. So many!!

Some one said in the tele "I dont understand what is the rush lol!" HAHAHAHAHHA i understand well! 

Many dont see their first choice which means there is no empty slot anymore, but 1 hour after, their first choice suddenly there with many empty slots!! End up they regret it. Though, they choose 2nd or 3rd choice, the first one is always the best, right😢 But, some dont really hurt that much getting 2nd/3rd choice. Depends on urself. 

Tapi this one, kena tgk juga berapa total dipanggil utk intake korang. Mcm kitorang 278 je ho yg isi eho kalini, so mmg boleh la rileks apply tips ni. Hari kedua eho pun banyak lgi kosongggg. 

Banding dgn intake rhazes (senior batch kami), intake ho time dorang 1000+. Yang ni lambat mmg, sabah sarawak alamatnya. So, plan wisely.

Macam mana nak tau berapa ho dipanggil utk intake tersebut? Kira la sendiri total recipient email yg dihantar panggilan tu🤣 KKM hntr satu email ke semua org, so ad list of email recepient situ ye 

So, jangan kalut isi!

STEP ISI SPA 9i MEDICAL GRADUATE 2022

Okay post ni sambungan from previous post about mmc merits, READ HERE

so kalau korang dh lepas dapat SPA letter, boleh baca guide ni.  Let's go!

2. Klik pendaftaran pengguna

! Isi semua berkaitan

!Email kalau boleh yang memang selalu guna, and jangan tetiba lepas daftar nk guna email lain sebab tawaran untuk dapat isi Eho later akan diemailkan.

3. Part biodata
Part ni isi je macam biasa data peribadi. 

!Part pusat temuduga ujian khas, pilih je tempat paling dekat dengan rumah ( jangan risau takde interview pun, zaman dulu je tak tau apa releven nya) 

4. Maklumat kelayakan akademik
PMR- Isi semua mata pelajaran, tekan tambah untuk tambah mata pelajaran

SPM- Pilih tahun, tekan butang hijau nanti automatik akan keluar result, dia dah link dengan
lembaga peperiksaan malaysia

Pengajian tinggi: Ni part degree
                            CGPA letak 0 ( uia guna pass n fail sahaja, pihak spa kata Uni guna sistem ni, letak 0)
                            Peringkat pengajian: Ijazah sarjana muda
                            Peringkat kelulusan: Sarjana muda dlm bidang professional
                            Institusi: Universiti islam antarabangsa
                            Francais luar negara: Tidak
                            Pengkhususan: Perubatan dan pembedahan
                            Nama sijil: Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery
                            Tarikh sijil/ kelulusan senat: Tarikh dapat scroll ( confirm dgn univ- ni ada isi juga                                   kan masa merit mmc)
    

5.Kelayakan badan professional/ikthisas
Nama sijil: berdaftar dengan majlis perubatan malaysia
(yang ni ada tiga pilihan berdaftar dengan, berdaftar sementara, layak berdaftar)
Tak kisah, tiga2 diterima!

Tarikh keahlian: Tarikh ikut yang dalam surat mmc: yang dpt spa letter tu
SPA letter :  Isi spa letter korang tu. Huruf T termasuk

6. Maklumat pegawai sedang berkhidmat
Tekan tidak

7. Maklumat bekas tentera: 
Jawab tidak

8. Maklumat bukan akademik:
kebolehan bahasa, bakat, sukan

Isi je mana berkaitan, kalau takde takde je la😂

9. Penerima bantuan
Isi kalau berkaitan

10. Jawatan dimohon

Ada dua option ud41 dan ud43

So nanti, kalau nak check tekan dekat "SEMAKAN PEMOHON" --> "STATUS PERMOHONAN SEMASA"

Soalan: Yang tidak melepasi tapisan tu macam mana? Kenapa lepas latikan kontrak, tetiba ada tidak melepasi? 

Jawapan: Yang penting latikan kontrak tu ada, dah boleh bertenang! Yang lain tu ABAIKAN ABAIKAN! JANGAN GELABAH😂 Call SPA pun, dorang akan jawab benda sama okay.

So dah dapat latikan kontrak --> NOW TUNGGU EHO BUKA!

Lama juga sebulan lebih harap bersabar! And tolong jangan ubah apa apa isi spa tu ye, nnti tarikh first isi akan updated ikut tarikh korang ubah detail isian spa tu. Lagi lama lah nk tunggu!


P/S : Mungkin by the time you guys baca ni, saya dah pun bekerja sebagai HO. Tolong doakan semoga hari saya dipermudahkan, buat kerja lancar, boss2 semua baik dan mengajar tak marah2.

STEP ISI BORANG MMC MERIT 2022 (MEDICAL GRADUATE)

 Assalamualaikum and hi guys!


Harini I nak share :

Step penting untuk medical graduates apply MMC 2021/2022

Lepas sahaja grad, you guys kena settle cepat all the outstanding fees, make clearance dekat U untuk dapat status grad. Contoh kalau UIA, kena settle kan library, mahallah, finance, compound. Semua tu kena status clear baru dpt status graduated.

 After that, cepat cepat uruskan untuk minta final transcript dan scroll. 

Sebabnya untuk isi merit ni, korang kena ada 

  • Tarikh final transcript 
  • tarikh dapat degree scroll.
*Tarikh atas ni korang boleh confirm dengan admin U masing2 sebelum isi. Kalau salah isi, susah kena bayar nak ubah.  But to have this too, korang kena settle dululah urus dapatkan transcript dan scroll tu.
 
Bukan tarikh je kena ada,  dokumen tu pun kenalah ada kan
  • final transcript
  • Scroll

Batchmate kitorang alhamdulillah dapat batch leader yang function, diorang yang push everyone untuk clearkan cepat2 clearance dan uruskan final transcript dan scroll. Sebulan juga since grad, baru settle semua orang dapat final transcript dan scroll ni untuk batch kitorang. Untuk UIA, kira cepatlah tu ehh dari kebiasaannya 😂

Okay before that, korang mesti blur flow dia macam mana smpai la blh dpt HO. Macam ni okay

Make clearance U > Final transcript > Scroll > MMC > SPA > EHO>PTM> Hospital orientation > Tagging (HO)

So, batch leader kitorang tlg smpai dapatkan scroll untuk semua orang. From isi MMC and onwards adalah kerja individual. 

Ok dah faham flow, jom tgk isi MMC macam mana.

1. Download this two documents dalam google drive dan fahamkan. Ikut je step nya.


*Sekarang isi mmc merit dan spa semua online, takde perlu hantar hardcopy ke pejabat mereka. Itu system lama. Rasanya kalau ikut step dalam tu, korang dah boleh ikut. 

So bawah ni ada few Q&A yang kitorang tertanya tanya semasa nak isi, dan hope jawapan2 dibawah membantu korang juga untuk isi. 


2. QnA compilations

 Jawapan berdasarkan group tele "preHo info & learning group " dan juga  jawapan terus dari pihak mmc

* Kalau tak join lagi group tele, sila join dan share kat kawan2 yang medical graduate. 
Dalam ni ramai senior2 doktor, Dr Iliana dan lain2 yang membantu.





You guys can just search anything dlm tu, hampir semua jawapan persoalan anda akan ada. Because they too undergo the same process as you before. 

Jika nak verification lebih valid ke, atau tak jumpa dalam tele tu.

Okay, now let's go to the Q&A: 

Isu dokumen yang perlu diupload dalam MMC merits


1. Gambar passport putih atau biru?

-Jawapan pihak mmc: Dua2 boleh. Preferable biru. 

2. Original declaration form tu, yang satu helai tu saja atau include borang form 5?

- The only one page declaration form only




3. Bahagian supporting dokumen perlu ke? Atau yang mandatory sahaja. 

-Jawapan pihak MMC: supporting dokumen yang berkaitan juga perlu. 

So, ni list dokumen yang I sediakan untuk dapatkan pengesahan
(Versi local graduate, IIUM, with no medical illness)

1. Salinan IC (untuk bahagian mandatory dokumen)
2.Salinan Sijil SPM (untuk bahagian mandatory dokumen)
3. Salinan Final transcript (untuk bahagian mandatory dokumen)

4. Salinan Scroll ( untuk bahagian supporting detail number 5 ; certified copy of basic medical degree)
5.Salinan Surat dean letter habis study  untuk number 3 in supporting detail 
(Kalau uia, letter ni akan dapat sekali dgn final transcript)

+ original declaration form ( this one isi pakai tulisan tangan je)

*Apa maksud salinan here? All the dokumen like ic, scroll n all you guys scan, pergi minta sahkan from org2 yg boleh sahkan. Then, scan again the salinan with the cop and upload dkt akaun mmc tu. 

Why do I mentioned versi as above? Sebabnya oversea grad ada additional step, same goes kalau ada medical illness you need to have the medical records to be uploaded.

Ingat ya, supporting dokumen pun kena. Ada kawan kitorang yg terhantar yang mandatory je, rupanya mmc nk yg supporting juga. Susah tau, nnti melambatkan proses korang. Once dah terhantar, takleh ubah selagi officer tu tak review suruh tambah.

Isu pengesahan dokumen MMC merits

1. Siapa layak untuk pengesahan dokumen?

-  Jwpan pihak mmc: Pegawai perubatan gred UD44 dan ke atas, pegawai kerajaan gred UD41  dan ke atas

2. Pegawai perubatan private boleh ke sahkan?

-Jawapan dari group tele tersebut : Private tak boleh. 

3. Boleh ke 2 cop dalam satu dokumen? Cop individu yang mengesahkan, dan lagi satu cop tempat bekerja. 

-Boleh. Kalau nak lebih confirm, boleh hntr contoh pada mmc tanya valid atau tak, sebelum upload.

4. Kalau takde cop ayat " salinan disahkan seperti asal" boleh tulis tangan ke? Atau cop sahaja valid?

-Jawapan MMC: Takde pun takpe. Tak perlu tulis. Yang penting cop pengesahan complete. 

Testimoni by saya, yes saya punya takde pun cop ayat salinan disahkan. Lepas sahaja dan lulus dapat SPA letter. Lagipun, MMC dah reassure saya awal2 tu, tak ada pun takpe. Yg penting cop lengkap. 

5. Kriteria cop dan sign yang complete mcm mana?

-Contoh dibawah. Takde poskod pun takpe. Yang penting ada nama, kalau dr kena ada mmc no, nama tempat kerja penuh, daerah dan negeri
-Yang cop saya punya dokumen, consultant OnG hospital, dia pun cakap mana ada org letak poskod🥲😂


6. Berapa lama MMC approve untuk bagi SPA number?

-Jawapan dalam tele : Minimun one month. Can be more. Dia ada proses untuk direview oleh few jawatan smpai lah boleh dapat SPA number. 


So always check the status lepas dah hantar MMC tu, dan mohon bersabar. 

Flow saya sendiri:
27/1 : lengkap dan hantar mmc beserta dokumen semua
13/2: Quiry dari officer : minta betulkan buang koma dekat hujung address ( Rasa macam alahai small matter je kan, tapi dorang mmg detail)
14/2: Review by PT
18/2: Approved. Dapat SPA letter

Proses saya amik masa 23 hari. Kena check setiap hari, sebab tak semua orang smooth je flownya. Kalau ada kesalahan2, akan ada quiry dari officer. 

Dan tak semua orang sama duration untuk approve, ada yang tak smpai dua minggu pun. Dan mmc tak approve ikut turn ye. So if kawan korang isi lagi lambat, tapi dia approve dulu, tu perkara biasa. Redha je😂

7. Antara kesalahan kawan2 yang melambatkan proses diapprove. Saya dah sebut kat atas juga, repeat again to emphasize. Korang boleh tgk, dan jangan repeat. Learn from us🙌

  • Tak isi supporting dokumen: scroll, dean letter habis study
  • Minta pengesahan dari gred tak yang dibenarkan mmc.
  • Ada sorang rare sikit, nama di IC nya ada titik noktah, padahal nama dia takde pun sbnrnya. MMC minta buat angkat sumpah di pejabat suruhanjaya. Tak tahu sgt mcm mana prosesnya. So tgk2 la sikit IC tu betul ke tidak😂
  • Nama ikut sebiji IC, contoh perempuan selalu biasa tulis ' bt ' rather than binti kan. Jangan okay.
  • Address di biodata terletak koma dihujung, (ni saya lah ni, dengan ada few juga kwn). Address tu yang hujung sekalii tak payah letak koma, yang in between boleh je. Yang hujung sekali takpayah
  • Terletak poskod dan negeri di column address. Sbb poskod tu dah ada column dia sendiri kan. So address tu stop before yg poskod. And yg hujung sekali jgn letak koma
  • Ada yg upload gambar ni in png format. Katanya kena quiry. So be save pdf je la. Ye tahu, dia tulis png n pdf boleh. Dh ada org kena quiry ni, korang avoid je la. Buat pdf terus
  • Last: Bila korang update new dokumen lepas dapat "quiry from officer", please make sure tarikh tu updated kepada tarikh yg korang upload the dokumen & status tukar semula ke "waiting for review". Kalau, status tulis "DRAFT" maksudnya tak settle lagi, korang tak tick yg perakuan pengesahan (acknowledgement). Jgn buat this mistake, ada kawan tak perasan status tu DRAFT lamaa, effectnya lambat settle spa, lambat dpt intake eho, tak sama dgn kwn batch.
